Accident and Incident reports may be picked up from the records office only. The records office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Accident/Crash Reports $6.00 per copy. Reports will not be ready the day of the accident. Please allow 10 days for completion of report.
Officer Incident/Offense Reports $0.10 per page. Public copies of reports are available for release.
All other documents $0.10 per page.
Fingerprinting $10.00 per card. Persons who can prove a home address within the incorporated city limits of Boerne are provided fingerprint services at no charge. Please have a current ID and supply or know what type of fingerprint card you need. PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED.
911 Recordings $5.00 per CD. 911 Recordings require an open records request. Please complete the Open Records Request Document and mail or bring to the Boerne Police Department at 124 Old San Antonio Rd Boerne, TX 78006. Click here to fill out the document online. Letter of Good Conduct $5.00 per letter. These letters attest to good conduct in the City of Boerne only. Only Boerne Police Department and Boerne Municipal Court records will be checked. The Boerne Police Department enjoys hearing positive feedback from our citizens who come in contact with our officers. We also take complaints on our officers or staff very seriously. If a citizens wishes to commend or complain on an officer, they can submit a Commendation/Complaint Form at the link below. Commendations and Complaints are sent to the sergeants and up the chain of command all the way to the Chief of Police.
An Open Request form must be completed prior to obtaining copies of Videos, 911 Audio Recordings, and other documents not considered public record.

One of the services available to the citizens of Boerne is the House Watch Program. When leaving for vacation or when going out of town, you can request a house watch of your residence. As workload allows, patrol officers will drive by and check the security of your residence.

The Boerne Police Department utilizes a radar trailer that is set out at various locations within the city. The trailer is used to make drivers aware of their speed and to collect data to show what times traffic is the heaviest and what times traffic is the fastest. Complete the Traffic Enforcement Request form If you are interested in having the radar trailer or speed-monitoring officers set up on your street or in your neighborhood to monitor traffic issues.
