City of Boerne

  1. B.O.N.D. - Boerne Open Neighborhood Discussion

    March 21, 2023, 5:30 PM

Hello Boerne neighbors! Join the City of Boerne’s Planning Department on Zoom Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. for a 'Boerne Open Neighborhood Discussion' regarding:

    • 215 Wanda Street which is currently zoned O1 and is considering an O1/R4-B rezoning. At this time the developer has not initiated the process for rezoning but is simply soliciting neighborhood feedback before submitting an official application.
    • 232 West Bandera is requesting a Special Use Permit for a Thrift Store (without outside storage/ donation bin) to be contained within the existing footprint of the current commercial space.

We respectfully ask that you share this information with fellow neighbors to assist us with getting the word out.
