    The Patrick Heath Public Library will literally march into March, first with a retrospective of the iconic San Antonio Woodlawn Lake military prep/cadet school, the Peacock Military Academy, on the 1st in the gallery. The display will be followed by a March 18th program, featuring more images, videos, presentations and interviews with former cadets, and Donna Peacock, the granddaughter of the founder of PMA, Wesley Peacock, in the PHPL community room.   2. Free Tax Assistance, Mondays @ 10 am

    The AARP Volunteers will be on hand Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (beginning February 6th) for income tax preparation and filing. This is by appointment only. Please call (830) 249-3053 to make an appointment. This is open to all ages and income levels, and is a free service.
