[ARCHIVED] Library Reopens June 1!

Reopening News Flash

With the health and safety of the public and staff in mind, we are implementing some protocols that may seem a little extreme. We hope you understand that it will only be temporary, and that we look forward to getting back to the way we were three months ago!

We can accommodate a 25% occupancy at this time, which might result in a short wait at the entrance. Please be patient.

We strongly encourage all visitors to wear protective face coverings.

We strongly encourage all visitors to practice social distancing.

We will require that visitors have their temperature taken and answer a couple of simple health questions before entering.

Our new services are based on a grab-and-go system. We have removed most of the seating to encourage visitors to browse and check out their materials in a timely manner.

All meeting spaces, including study rooms, are closed to the public.

We are offering the use of public computers; however, there are only 3 available in the Adult Services area and 2 available in the youth department. Daily sessions are only 1 hour each.

We are happy to provide face-to-face technical assistance, but at a distance of 6 feet.

Our summer learning odyssey will be mainly virtual this summer. Stay tuned on Facebook for updates!
