The Bevy Hotel in Boerne, scheduled to open in early June, has announced its “Bevy of Unique & Curious Things” thanks to partnerships with the finest sources of food and beverage in the Texas Hill Country.
Co-owner and operator Ed McClure, who is also the founder and CEO of Phoenix Hospitality Group, stated that “we’ve always prided ourselves in our Food and Beverage, from the days of Limestone Grill and Ye Kendall Inn to the Guadalupe River Ranch. But at The Bevy, we’re trying something totally unique by sourcing out the best artisan coffee, smoked meats, and culinary creations from the Texas Hill Country. We’re truly honored and pleased to announce our collection of unique and curious things that will be opening with us soon.”
Co-owner Ross Partlow also expressed his excitement: “I’ve really enjoyed working with our culinary team over the past year by tasting unique and diverse food and beverage products from the Texas Hill Country to create the Bevy collection.”
