Boerne residents who utilize online payments for utility bills or municipal court payments will notice a new look by April 1, 2022.
From the initial landing pages to the functions once logged in, there will be several difference of note.
Login information, method of payments, and previously saved information will not change.
The new layout will make it easier to determine which service(s) customers need.
Boerne Utilities customers can call Customer Service at (830) 249-9511 option 1 with any questions about accessing your account online. Those needing assistance with Municipal Court can call (830) 248-1504.
