City survey seeks input on short-term rentals

Graphic reading "community input sought"

The City of Boerne is seeking to learn more about the public's thought's on short-term rentals like Airbnb, HomeAway, and VRBO.

Short-term rentals are any rental of a residence, a room in a residence, or a secondary building on a lot for less than 30 days. There is an approval process in place, according to City regulations, for people who want to operate a short-term rental.

Please take a few minutes to answer this short survey as this will help the City to determine how the community feels about this type of use and how the City should respond to the influx of short-term rentals into Boerne.
