[ARCHIVED] City expands ways Boerne Utilities customers can pay

With a recent update to the city of Boerne app, Boerne Utilities customers can now pay their bill and receive important account information in seconds.

By utilizing the app customers can: 

  • Access real-time account information and consumption history
  • Pay via phone, text, website or mobile app
  • Make a one-time payment, schedule a payment or sign up for auto pay
  • Receive payment reminders

Customers simply need to open the app and click on the ‘Utility Billing’ option on the carousel. This new option allows our 7,000 plus customers to continue to pay their bill in a safe, fast and secure manner they have come to expect.

The city’s app is available for download on iOS and Android. Customers can also register online by clicking here.
