Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, but there’s still time to plan an unforgettable outing with your loved one, or maybe a fun Galentines escape with some girlfriends to Boerne.
If you missed the last two posts, they may be worth revisiting while you’re in the planning process.
Dining
Many Boerne restaurants have already posted their Valentine’s Day/Weekend menus and reading through them is enough to get your mouth watering. The best way to stay up to date on who’s serving what is to scout their social media accounts. Check out a selection of menus below that are currently available. Also, we recommend making your reservations ASAP since occupancy in restaurants is still limited and the demand will be higher over the holiday weekend.
Gifts
The Hill Country Mile is full of great options that are sure to make your loved one say “WOW!” You can’t go wrong with jewelry or maybe a piece of original art. Don’t forget your fella. The Mile offers quality selections for men as well.
Maybe shopping for a gift together sparks your interest. The Hill Country Mile will also play host to Boerne Market Days and the Girl with Grit Valentine’s Day Silent Auction and Sale over Valentine’s Weekend.
Activities
Round out your romantic adventure with something fun to do! Get crafty at Makers Place with a private mug making class for 2, or maybe tickle your sweet tooth at Singing Water Vineyard or the Branch on High with a chocolate and wine tasting. Call ahead to make a reservation for these activities!
Need a little rejuvenation and relaxation? Puresol Spa is currently offering some Valentine’s Day Specials for two.
The Kuhlmann-King Museum will have a special exhibit of Victorian-era love letters on display and guests will be able to try their hand at using a quill and ink as well as a 1940’s typewriter.
Interested in a little live music on Saturday, February 13th? The Roundup is hosting a steak dinner and a show (purchase tickets in advance) and Salvador Dobbs is having a Valentine’s Party.
Whatever your special Valentine’s Weekend looks like, Boerne has you covered.
