Open House for Unified Development Code/Zoning Updates

This is an opportunity for the public to further review the documents regarding the Unified Development Code and the City-wide zoning updates. With the new UDC, the City can assure consistency to minimize confusion and contradiction between different ordinances, align development regulations with the Master Plan, and provide a more comprehensive and efficient development process. As part of the UDC, overlay districts will be created and a citywide rezoning will be undertaken creating a path for sustainable development while protecting the values of the community, the environment and the economic viability of our City.
