Health, Dental, Vision Insurance

The City pays 100% of health, vision, and dental premiums for employees, with the option to add dependents to your plans.

Our employees benefit from the Texas Municipal Retirement System. With a 7% employee contribution, the City contributes 14% toward your retirement. Options include 5-year vesting and retirement after 20 years of service.
