For a truly unique wedding reception, consider a hall at the Kendall County Fairgrounds. The two halls combined can accommodate a maximum of 600 people.
The Kendall County Fair has been an icon in the Hill Country community since its inception on September 4, 1905. Boerne residents gathered together to share agricultural information, recipes, and news of events. On July 1, 1913, the Kendall County Fair Association received a charter as a nonprofit from the State of Texas. The Ferdinand Ludwig Von Herff family deeded 55.6 acres of land to the KCFA to be used for its annual county fair and for public events. For over 100 years, the citizens of Boerne have enjoyed and continued these traditions.
