Host a Party at the Municipal Pool

The Boerne Municipal Pool is available for parties during daytime public hours and for private evening parties.

Daytime Public Party

You can reserve a space for a party at the pool during daytime operating hours. Please remember, other guests will be allowed at the pool during your party.

Evening Private Pool Parties

Private parties at the pool are available Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings from 7 - 10 p.m. Reservations include:

  • The large grassy area for games and/or grilling
  • A minimum of 2 lifeguards

Rules

All pool rules will be observed during parties. Absolutely no glass or ceramic items are allowed. No alcohol is allowed. Private evening parties may begin to set up at 6:30 p.m. The pool area may be decorated for the party, but all decorations must be removed before leaving. Food is allowed during private pool parties.

Reservation Information

Reservations can be made over the phone at (830) 248-1635 or by coming by the Parks and Recreation Department Administrative Office, located at 1017 Adler Road in Boerne.

Please note: Pool parties may be reserved up to one year in advance.

If a party is canceled because of bad weather, the party may be rescheduled or the rental fee will be refunded. Cancellations for any other reason will result in a forfeiture of the entire rental fee.
