There are two types of warrants - arrest warrants and capias pro-fine warrants.
Arrest Warrants
Arrest warrants are issued for individuals who received a citation with an appearance date but failed to appear when scheduled or to make arrangements to dispose of the case.
Capias Pro-Fine Warrants
Capias pro-fine warrants are issued for defendants who have already entered a plea but failed to fulfill the direction of the court.
Fees
If an arrest or capias pro-fine warrant is issued, the following additional fees will be assessed:
A delinquent fine collection fee of 30% of the total amount due will also be assessed for all warrants sent to a contractor for collection.
