The library will be closing at 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 23, so that we may prepare for a special event that evening. We are also closed on Monday, May 27, in observance of Memorial Day. We will, however, be open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 25.

Yellowstone Summer Experience

This summer, through an unprecedented partnership between the library, the Boerne Public Library Foundation and the Yellowstone Park Foundation, the world of Yellowstone opens up to you. In our gallery, you will be able to explore the magnificent natural world of Yellowstone National Park photographer, Tom Murphy. You can get lost in history through the park artifacts sprinkled throughout the library, and find books, DVDs and other resources to feed your inner adventurer. Share your own experiences with the world through our adult photo contest, or get wild through teen programming. Younger children can unleash their imagination and curiosity through fantastic and fun programming. Whatever your path, whatever your journey this summer, join us for a natural wonder without leaving your backyard. The program begins on May 24 and runs through August 15.
