Days and Times: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
What We Offer: Use of the pool, large grass area for games or barbecuing, and at least two (2) lifeguards durings the party.
How to Schedule: Come to Parks and Recreation Office on Adler Rd with the rental fee to reserve your date. In the event bad weather prevents the party from being held, the party may be rescheduled or the deposit will be refunded. Any cancellation other than for bad weather forfeits the fees paid.

Party Rules: All pool rules will be observed during private parties. Food and drinks may be brought in no earlier than thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of your party. ABSOLUTELY NO glass or ceramic items are allowed! Pool area may be decorated for the party, but all decorations must be removed before leaving.

Bathers must shower before entering the Boerne Swimming Pool.

No horse-play and or running will be permitted at any time.

Glass containers will not be brought into the pool area.
-
No chewing gum, chewing tobacco or snuff will be permitted within the fenced pool area.

By action of the Boerne City Council, smoking is not permitted within the swimming pool facility. (City Ordinance No. 90-2, Section I., [H]).

Intoxicating beverages will not be brought into or consumed at the pool.
-
Acts of physical affection between bathers are prohibited.
-
Abusive or profane language is forbidden.

Children 8 & under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult 18 yrs & over. Children under 2 years of age must be accompanied in the water by an adult.

Parents or guardians of swimmers in the main pool may enter the fenced pool area in conventional street attire only after securing permission from a lifeguard.

A person with any open sores, body rash, bandages or a contagious disease will not be allowed in the pool.
-
A mentally or physically disabled person who is not capable of caring for himself or herself must be accompanied and supervised by a person at least 18 years of age.

No dogs or other pets are allowed at the pool.

Any article of clothing designed as a bathing suit, including properly hemmed and clean cut-offs, will be permitted in the pool. Shirts worn over bathing suits for protection from the sun will be permitted.

Flotation-type toys designed for play and/or games involving rubber balls, etc. will be permitted ONLY AT THE DISCRETION AND PERMISSION OF THE HEAD LIFEGUARD. Permission will be granted or denied depending on the age, ability and number of bathers. Bathers must have consideration for each other. It is the responsibility of the Head Lifeguard to see that all people receive equal consideration.
Diving board rules will be strictly enforced. They include:

Only one diver on the board at a time.

All waiting divers must be kept in line on the deck and off the diving board steps.

No running is permitted on the diving boards.
-
Only one bounce is permitted on either board.
-
All dives will be done from a standing position and the diver must enter the water directly in front of the diving board.

No swimmers will be allowed in the diving area unless there are not prospective divers.
-
Lifeguards on duty at the diving area of the pool will rule on any items not previously covered.
-
Back dives or flips from the pool edge are prohibited.
