Integrity: For the most part, the community's trust and confidence in the police department will be earned by the integrity of its police officers. All Boerne Police Department officers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is fair, ethical and legal, and which exhibits a sense of duty and honor for the position entrusted to them.

Justice:
The administration of law and order is based upon the ideal of justice and fairness for all. That ideal requires a commitment by police officers to protect citizens and to strive to ensure that citizens will be treated with respect, dignity and fairness.

Service:
As members of the law enforcement profession, the Boerne Police Department recognizes the significance of serving the public. As such, all Boerne Police employees are duty bound in our pursuit of excellence.
