Kendall County Crime Stoppers
Supporting Crime Fighting
Kendall County Crime Stoppers was founded in 1990 and has been a great asset in solving crimes in Boerne and other cities. The nonprofit organization is comprised of citizens who support the crime-fighting efforts of the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. Participating citizens offer support by paying cash rewards to anonymous persons who provide information leading to the arrest and indictment of persons who have committed crimes in Boerne.
Informants must provide information that leads to an arrest to be eligible for a reward. Callers can remain anonymous. Anonymous callers are assigned numbers that are used to track information and pay rewards.
The Kendall County Crime Stoppers program is not a unit of the Boerne Police Department, Fair Oaks Ranch Police Department, or the Kendall County Sheriff's Office. It is a self-supported, non-profit corporation. Kendall County Crime Stoppers receives funding from private donations and fund raising activities, and donations are tax deductible.
