The 2018 Boerne Master Plan Draft review period has begun. Please click the links below to view each chapter individually.

A Master Plan Joint Meeting was held on May 21, 2018 with members of City Council, the Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Master Plan Steering Committee. Feedback was gathered after the presentation, and the Plan is still a work in progress. The presentation from that meeting is linked below.

Halff Associates is continuing the Boerne Master Plan Update process. We appreciate everyone's previous input and will continue to receive comments through July.

May 22, 2018:  City Council workshop

June 4, 2018:  Planning & Zoning Commission public hearing

June 12, 2018:  City Council workshop

July 9, 2018: Planning & Zoning Commission public hearing and recommendation to City Council

June 22: Draft Master Plan public review period begins

July 10, 2018: City Council public hearing and first reading of ordinance

July 24, 2018:  City Council second reading and adoption of ordinance

Master Plan Qualification Review Committee - charged with recommending professional consulting firm to guide the Master Plan Update process

This committee, appointed by Mayor Mike Schultz on June 14, 2016, was charged with reviewing the "Request for Qualifications" documents that were submitted by professional consulting firms interested in facilitating the master plan update process.
